Here is a collage of images taken on the camera's macro setting. It's a mix of flowers, glassware from the Montpelier craft/farmer's market, and an odd one thrown in of my outdoor lamp. I like close-ups, so this particular assignment was a lot of fun. I love the contrast of the bright orange and yellows against the cooler greens and blues. Picasa makes it VERY easy to create a collage like this....

neat. the farmers market in montpelier is awesome, eh? i will be moving there soon. we should talk shop. neat stone/pebble photo, by the way. i can't find the macro setting on my camera. what if there isnt one?
ReplyDeleteGood choice on the background color on this! Yes collage is fun and is a quick and easy way to create a visual for class or a treasure...
ReplyDeleteI like these photos, the glassware is my favorite, it is so easy to photograph nature, but you got some great shots of other things. I need to experiment a little more.
ReplyDeleteThe glassware photo is cool! How did you do that? Was it something that was on your table and the light just hit it right? I agree with Kim, I need to experiment more!
ReplyDeletegood pics

ReplyDeleteI need to try my collages again. I love the way yours came out, I didn't realize we could use a background color. There are soo many new things to figure out on Picasa. :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice mix of subjects..
ReplyDeleteI like the way you made the collage - they look like snapshots laid out as you look them over.
